|Catalog Description:|| Signals are essential for both internal coordination and external monitoring of the functions of the body. This course covers the analytical and computational tools used for representing, manipulating and interpreting signals. Emphasis will be placed on practical applications in biomedical sciences, including the origins of biological signals, the physiology of human hearing, and the interpretation of biological images.|
